Job Description:

a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Acute Rehabilitation
unit. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch, innovative care,
helping patients recover from serious illnesses or injuries. Join

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for
rehabilitation patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to formulate individualized care plans. Provide direct
patient care, administer medications, and monitor for
effectiveness. Educate patients and their families on treatment
plans and health management. Assist in the rehabilitation process
and support patient mobility. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Document patient care services
and outcomes consistently and accurately. Expertise in patient
assessment and rehabilitation care. Strong knowledge of healthcare
safety protocols and procedures. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to operate medical equipment relevant
to patient care. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR)
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification required. Certified Rehabilitation
Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
