Job Description:
RCM Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric
Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team dedicated to
improving children's lives at various healthcare facilities across
the United States. This role focuses on helping children develop,
recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living
and working through therapeutic techniques tailored to each child's
needs. The ideal candidate will engage creatively with children to
facilitate health and well-being in areas such as motor skills,
sensory responses, and cognitive functions. As part of our team,

work environment. Evaluate children's skills and assess their needs
alongside parents and other healthcare professionals. Develop
personalized treatment plans to foster developmental progress.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve sensory-motor and
cognitive functions. Regularly reassess treatment plans and the
progress of goals, adjusting as necessary. Educate families and
caregivers on continuing therapy techniques and home exercises.
Maintain documentation and records of patient care and progress.
Strong understanding of pediatric therapy practices and principles.
Excellent ability to communicate and empathize with children and
their families. Proficiency in designing creative therapy programs.
Ability to operate, maintain, and calibrate healthcare equipment
used in occupational therapy for pediatrics. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Required licensed or
eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the
practicing state. Preferred certification from the American
Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
