Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry background required (read tele). Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Unit and facility details: Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. Every other weekend, every other holiday.
