Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Antigo, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Home Health /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 13-week contract assignment with 37 guaranteed hours per week, flexible up to 40 hours /n• Five 8-hour variable days per week with every 4th weekend rotation /n• Holiday rotation required /n• On-call duties 1-2 times during the week and every other weekend /n• 15-minute response time required for answering service calls /n• Travel requirements include 20-25 patients with 4.5 visits per day on average /n• Approximately 50 miles of driving per day depending on territory and patient census /n• Potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census /n• Required certifications: Wisconsin nursing license, AH ABLS, valid driver's license /n• OASIS certification is preferred /n• Minimum 2 years home health experience strongly preferred /n• Travel nursing experience required /n• EPIC and OASIS charting experience strongly preferred /n• Perform OASIS admissions, episode management, doctor calls and coordination of care /n• Clinical competencies required in wound care, IV therapy, port access, lab draws, and chronic disease management /n• Must demonstrate time management skills, resilience, dependability, and compassionate patient care /n• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility /n• Associate degree or certificate required /n• Mask wearing required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services throughout the community, focusing on delivering quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes.
