Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Med Surg ICU. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to hospital and department policies and protocols. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments. Educate patients and families on illness and proactive health and lifestyle choices. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse licensure in the state of employment BLS certified; ACLS preferred CCRN certification beneficial
