Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
Neurological Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU) team. This role is
pivotal in providing top-notch care to patients with critical

and practices to enhance patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing
care in accordance with established policies, procedures and
protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and
communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized
documentation systems. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge
planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Implement and
monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient
condition as appropriate. Respond quickly and accurately to changes
in condition or response to treatment. Clinical nursing skills in a
high acuity ICU setting Proficiency with electronic medical record
(EMR) systems Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform complex assessments and reactions under
high-stress conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
valid in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred Certification in neurological nursing
(CNRN) is highly desirable
