Apply now and we’ll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. /n/n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Must have at least 12 months of Hospice or Home Health experience within the past 3 years /n/n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Home Health - Shift Type: Days - Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday - Coverage Area: Sheboygan, Calumet, Southern Manitowoc counties, with the possibility of Northern Washington and Northeast Ozaukee counties as back-up /n/n Location Highlights /n Sheboygan offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions that make it an appealing destination for traveling clinicians.
