How you’ll make an impact in this role - Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every intervention aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. - Advocate for your patients by continuously monitoring their progress and facilitating real-time communication with the care team to ensure treatments are responsive and effective. - Orchestrate multidisciplinary care as the primary point of contact, ensuring that specialists, therapists, and physicians are seamlessly aligned for the patient's benefit. - Execute clinical orders with precision and professional judgment, transforming physician directives into high-quality care outcomes. - Empower patients and their families by leading the discharge planning process, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital to home with a clear roadmap for continued recovery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking No additional preferences.
