Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer a candidate that is able to read and interpret Tele. Required Credentials: Associate’s Degree or Certificate Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree Unit/Facility Details: During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday: every third weekend. Every other Holiday, as applicable. On Call/Call Back Requirements: Travelers can be placed on call during low census hours in which they will get on call pay.
