Ascension seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Circulator to join our faith-based healthcare organization. This role holds a pivotal position in our surgical teams, providing skilled nursing care in a dynamic environment and ensuring that surgical procedures are carried out with the highest levels of patient safety and care. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly. Assist in implementing nursing interventions as necessary during surgical procedures. Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintaining the highest standards of sterile technique. Monitor and assess the condition of patients during surgical procedures to manage potential complications. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members to provide seamless care. Document all patient care in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficient in the use of medical software and surgical equipment Highly skilled in maintaining sterile environments and techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
