Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse for our 7W unit, focused on providing top-tier patient care
in a supportive and innovative environment. As part of our

our mission of enhancing patient health outcomes. This role demands
a professional who is skilled in multi-disciplinary approaches,
detailed patient assessments, and creating a nurturing environment
for patients and their families. Provide comprehensive nursing care
to patients in unit 7W based on established clinical nursing
practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate
integrated, high-quality healthcare. Educate patients and families
on health conditions and treatment plans. Implement patient care
plans meticulously and assess patients’ health progress. Administer
medications and treatments safely and effectively. Document patient
care services by charting in patient and department records.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to
enhance patient outcomes and service standards. Strong clinical
skills with a focus on surgical or medical unit care. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate
effectively in a fast-paced, varied environment. Demonstrate
critical thinking and decision-making skills. Proficiency in
handling medical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
