How you’ll make an impact in this role Prepare precision-ready surgical environments by meticulously organizing sterile instruments and supplies to ensure every procedure begins without delay. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team by delivering instruments with speed and accuracy, allowing the surgeon to maintain focus on the patient. Champion patient safety by rigorously tracking instrument counts and maintaining a sterile field to eliminate the risk of complications or infections. Support critical surgical maneuvers, including patient positioning and hemostasis, to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and procedural flow. Coordinate the seamless transition of patient care journeys through expert setup, transport, and draping techniques that prioritize patient dignity and comfort. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
