Job Description A Well-respected group in Northwest Indiana has
openings for Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join their
team. - Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
Physician - 4 locations available in NW Indiana - 30-45 mins from
downtown Chicago - Mon-Fri 8-5; 40 hours a week. - On-call - varies
from the location. - Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on
location). - 100% outpatient (may have options for IP). - New grads
