plus Call Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Type of cases:
Obstetrics and Gynecology Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Electronic Medical Record: Epic Certifications required: Board
Certified, Board Eligible Licensure required: Active Wisconsin
