Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to
join our Progressive Care Unit. As part of our faith-based

outcomes. In our Progressive Care Unit, you will utilize your
expertise to monitor and assess patients who require close
monitoring and advanced medical care. Our ideal candidate is
passionate about healthcare and is committed to providing the
highest quality of care to our patients. Monitor and record
patients' condition and document necessary changes Administer
prescribed medications and treatments in a timely manner
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized
care plans Educate patients and families on treatment and care
plans Assist in the implementation of patient interventions Provide
emotional and psychological support to the patients and their
families Strong clinical skills with a focus on cardiac and
critical care Proficiency with advanced medical technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is
advantageous
