Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered
Nurse Clinical Lead for our Emergency Department (ED) to oversee
patient care operations and lead a team of nursing professionals.

the Clinical Lead will monitor patient flow, coordinate with
physicians to provide exceptional care, and ensure compliance with
healthcare standards and safety. This opportunity requires a

and empathetic care to our community. Supervise and guide staff
nurses and other healthcare professionals in the ED. Ensure
efficient patient flow and high standards of care and safety.
Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and
procedures. Provide hands-on patient care when necessary.
Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Lead by example, promoting a positive
environment and high morale. Participate in the training and
professional development of nursing staff. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations efficiently.
Expertise in clinical skills specific to emergency nursing.
Proficient in using medical software and EHR systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Emergency Nurse
(CEN) preferred. BLS/ACLS certification.
