Clinic FQHC?Ages: open to schedule for IM and FM?Volume: 18-20
PPD?EMR: Athena?Group/support: 1 dedicated MA per MD, office staff,
2 PEDs, 1 FP-OB, part-time APP?Credentialing: 30-45 days?Require:
BC/BE, Active IL License or IMLC Compact LicenseBenefits: ?1099
