Job Overview
The Talent Development Specialist plays an active role in
supporting Komatsu's initiatives to create a culture of continuous
development and growth. This person makes sure that our
learning/training programs run seamlessly from beginning to end
enabling a positive and impactful employee experience. The role
sits within our Human Resources department, more specifically
Talent Development, and supports a variety of business entities
globally.
