Job Description:
The VP of Talent Learning, Development, Organizational
Development & Design (TLOD) is responsible for driving our
enterprise-wide talent and organizational strategy. This role is
ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who has successfully
navigated complex, global, matrixed environments and partnered with
executive leadership to shape and implement talent philosophies
that enable business success. This leader will oversee succession
planning, talent identification, and high-potential (HiPo)
development, ensuring a structured approach to building leadership
pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
Additionally, they will manage the company’s learning platform and
offerings, providing best-in-class development programs. This
individual is a catalyst for business-led cultural transformation,
demonstrating a strong ability to understand, engage with, and
champion our people. With a broad, holistic perspective on
enterprise talent, they seamlessly integrate talent strategies with
business objectives, fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking
culture that drives meaningful change. What you’ll achieve •
Executive Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement o Serve as a
strategic advisor to C-suite and HR leadership on talent strategy,
organizational health, and culture. o Influence senior leaders to
foster an environment of performance, inclusion, and engagement. o
Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistent yet localized
talent approaches. • Talent Strategy & Development o Lead
enterprise succession planning and HiPo development to build a
future-ready leadership pipeline. o Drive talent reviews,
succession frameworks, and development plans across leadership
levels. o Use talent analytics to identify trends and inform
workforce planning and leadership readiness. • Organizational
Development & Design o Enhance organizational effectiveness through
structure, role design, and workforce agility. o Lead change
management and cultural transformation aligned with business
strategy. o Ensure organization design supports growth,
scalability, and innovation. • Learning & Development o Oversee
enterprise-wide learning strategy, including technical training and
platform management. o Introduce innovative learning
methods—AI-driven, digital, immersive—and align offerings with
future skill needs. o Partner with leaders to embed a culture of
learning, mobility, and career growth. • Team Leadership o Lead a
global TLOD team, directly managing Sr. Director to Manager Levels.
Who You Are • 15 years in talent development, succession planning,
org design, and L&D in complex global environments. • Proven
success influencing executive leadership and shaping enterprise
talent strategies. • Strong capability in leadership development,
HiPo programs, and workforce planning analytics. • Experience
overseeing large-scale learning platforms and digital learning
initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree
preferred.
