highly skilled Power Platform Developer who can translate complex
business requirements into scalable, high-performance Power Apps
and Flow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong
leadership qualities, a deep understanding of the Power Platform,
and the ability to architect end-to-end solutions that meet
business objectives while aligning with industry best practices.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements,
creating workflows, forms, etc. utilizing Power Platform tools.--
--ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:--Solution Design:Partner
business users to understand business requirements and identify
Power Automate technical solutions to address needs.Creates and
documents complex, in-depth technical design specifications to meet
business needs identified through application requirements, user
stories, support tickets, and test defects.Leverage and integrate
new technologies into design to deliver system
capabilities.--Development and Integrations:Develop, document, test
Power apps, workflows, etc. utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft
Power Apps. Explore its capabilities for creating custom apps and
automating workflows.Develop data models, data flows, and data
governance strategies within Power Apps to ensure consistency and
accuracy of data.Perform administration and proactive performance
monitoring of the Power Automate platform to prevent the issues
even before they occur.Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps in the
development and administration process.Utilize Agile development
methodology when applicable.Create and maintain comprehensive
documentation for developed solutions and configurations.Evaluate
new Power Automate features, tools, and technologies to optimize
existing solutions.Establish and utilize technical standards, best
practices, and guidelines for Power App development to ensure
scalability, reliability, and performance.Quality Assurance and
Code Optimization:Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence
to coding standards and best practices.Optimize existing code for
performance, scalability, and maintainability. Work closely with
3rd party providers to ensure appropriate delivery of services
(i.e., specification and code reviews, testing of their work,
etc.)Support:Provide user support for Power Automate solutions.
Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot issues and enhance
system usability.Assist in training colleagues and business users
on system features and best practices.Support user security when
needed.--EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management is
preferred or 4 years comparable work experienceManufacturing
Business Support: Minimum of 3 years--supporting a--manufacturing
business--that utilizes--Power Apps and D365 F&O, SAP, or other
major ERP systems.Technical Proficiency:4+ years of experience
with:Microsoft 365 Power Platform: Power Apps and Power
Automate.--Creating websites using Microsoft SharePoint.Creating
custom Microsoft SharePoint Lists.Creating workflows using
Microsoft Power AutomateCreating applications using Microsoft Power
Apps Experience utilizing DataverseExperience connecting Power Apps
or Flows to AzureBest practice design principles--for various
application styles and technologies.Additional Skills and
Qualities:Experience with Lake House/Data Lake architectureOne or
more Microsoft certifications in the Power Automate
area.Demonstrated willingness and passion--to work in a hands-on
