Job Description Job Description Supplier Enablement Manager Location: Greater Chicago Area (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 base salary bonus potential Travel: BRK Strategies is representing a Fortune 500 technology and communications company seeking a Supplier Enablement Manager to join its Global Procurement organization. This role is responsible for leading supplier onboarding and integration into enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, driving catalog adoption, increasing electronic invoicing rates, and improving supplier experience across the procurement ecosystem. The position sits at the intersection of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and digital procurement transformation, helping ensure suppliers are fully enabled to transact electronically and efficiently with the enterprise. What You Will Do Supplier Enablement and Integration - Lead the onboarding and enablement of suppliers into enterprise Procure-to-Pay platforms. - Manage supplier catalog integration including hosted catalogs and punch-out functionality. - Transition suppliers from manual invoicing processes to electronic invoicing solutions. - Partner with IT and ERP teams to resolve integration issues and support system upgrades. Procurement Operations and Data Strategy - Analyze procurement spend data to determine optimal supplier enablement approaches. - Collaborate with Category Managers and procurement leaders to ensure pricing accuracy and catalog alignment with sourcing strategies. - Support global procurement system rollouts and digital procurement initiatives. - Track and report enablement metrics including catalog coverage, supplier participation, and adoption rates. Supplier Education and Support - Develop supplier training materials including onboarding guides and digital resources. - Facilitate webinars, workshops, and “office hours” to educate suppliers on procurement platform best practices. - Provide ongoing support for suppliers experiencing onboarding, purchase order, or invoicing challenges. What You Bring Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - 5 years of experience in procurement operations, supplier management, supply chain, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support. - Experience working within enterprise procurement or e-procurement platforms. Preferred - Experience with Coupa or other enterprise procurement platforms. - Experience supporting supplier digital transformation initiatives. - Strong data analysis skills using Excel or BI tools. Professional Skills - Ability to manage multiple supplier onboarding workstreams simultaneously. - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to guide suppliers through technical onboarding processes. - Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Additional Requirements - Must reside in the Greater Chicago metropolitan area with the ability to work onsite three days per week. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
