organization! The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and
detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and
supply chain projects within our 3PL operations. This role requires
a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally while
leading project initiatives. You'll manage client projects,
streamline processes, and ensure timely, cost-effective project
execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership,
logistics knowledge, and project management skills.
Responsibilities: Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum
efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by
managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team
of warehouse employees. Achieving all operational goals and service
levels alongside the operations leadership team. Finding creative
solutions for day-to-day operational challenges. Maintain a safe
and healthy work environment, ensuring policies and procedures are
followed. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Supervise the
warehouse's daily activities, including order fulfillment, quality
assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Manage
eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service
levels. Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager
teams to ensure client deliverables are met. Oversee dynamic and
changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and
bundling projects. Lead a highly productive and engaged team while
removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies. Support new
client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes. May be
required to perform other duties to meet the organization's ongoing
needs. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client projects.
Present progress updates and resolve issues in real time. Identify
process improvement opportunities (efficiency, cost reduction,
accuracy). What You'll Bring to the Team (Required Skills &
Abilities): 5 years experience leading an operations team in a
warehouse environment Ability to learn new technologies and custom
proprietary software quickly Ability to hire, coach, train, and
manage a team of 10 to 50 employees An ability to learn and adapt
quickly in a fast-paced changing environment Detail Oriented,
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills Fluent in English
(Spanish is a plus) Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance
is a plus High school diploma or equivalent (College degree
preferred) Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

$65,000—$75,000 USD
