We’re looking for an Inventory Team Member who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and keeping a warehouse running like a well-oiled machine. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safe, and well-organized manufacturing environment where your work directly supports production and shipping operations every day. Job Duties: Pick parts accurately for production work orders Receive incoming materials and put parts away in assigned stock locations Manage overstock inventory using FIFO inventory methods Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Package and prepare shipments for FedEx and UPS pickups Label, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment Load finished units onto trucks for outbound delivery Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy Qualifications: Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus — training and certification provided Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to communicate clearly with team members across departments Solid organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
