Job Description Job Description Local Appleton warehouse is looking to add a packager to their 1st shift! Key Responsibilities: Sort and organize hardware parts by size, type, and specification Count and verify quantities accurately before packaging Package hardware components into bags, boxes, or kits according to work orders Label packages correctly with product information and barcodes Inspect parts for defects or damage before packaging Assemble hardware kits as required Maintain clean and organized workstations Operate basic packaging equipment (heat sealers, scales, label printers, etc.) Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment Meet daily production and accuracy targets Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus Ability to count accurately and pay attention to detail Basic math skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (depending on company requirements) Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Work Environment: Warehouse or manufacturing setting May require standing for long periods Repetitive hand movements Moderate noise levels 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday Pay: $16-18 DOE Please send your resume to appleton@SEEKcareers.com.
