Job Description:
Republic Services, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Driver
to join our Waste Management team. As an integral member of our
blue truck fleet, the successful candidate will be responsible for
the safe and efficient collection, transfer, and disposal of
non-hazardous solid waste and recycling materials. This role
requires a commitment to environmental stewardship and a passion

equipment. Collection of non-hazardous waste and recyclable
materials from residential and commercial routes. Inspection of
vehicle and equipment to ensure operational safety. Completion of
required documentation for tracking and safety compliance.
Coordination with dispatch and team members to improve route
efficiencies. Participation in regular safety meetings and
trainings. Adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Strong driving and navigation skills. Ability to perform physical
tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Basic mechanical aptitude for vehicle and
equipment maintenance. Time management skills to complete routes on
schedule. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) - Class A or
B with airbrake endorsement. Safe driving record.
