As we continue to expand and innovate within the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Engineer to oversee the development and management of manufacturing processes for our new product lines. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our operational capabilities and driving our strategic vision forward, ensuring that our manufacturing standards align with global supply chain enhancements. Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring integration and alignment with existing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure product specifications and standards are met. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within cost constraints. Perform continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve any issues that affect product line efficiency and quality. Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate project status and outcomes to management and other stakeholders. Strong technical skills in manufacturing process design and optimization Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) certification preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
