Essential Job Functions:Monitor and control production machineryMonitor and use Clean in Place procedures on product machinery and toolsCorrectly take samples of product for lab testingMaintain appropriate production recordsFill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agenciesAid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality productFollow Safety ProceduresMaintain clean work environmentAid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directionsOperate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality productOther duties assigned by plant managerLifting 60 lbs. from the ground Schedule: We currently have openings onRotating 1 week days (8am-4pm) / 1 week Nights (2pm-9/10pm) Wage:Starting wage of $23.50 (includes) $3 Shift premiumHigher starting wage based upon experience $3.00 Shift Premium 6pm-6am. Monday-Friday.
