Job Description Job Description HIRING NOW: PRODUCTION WORKER Racine, WI various shifts/hours $14.75/hr Key Responsibilities: - Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. - Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line. - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
