Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling entire products or components as part of a production team. Your role will involve rotating through various tasks within the production process and contributing to the efficient manufacture and distribution of goods. Responsibilities Rotate through all tasks required in the production process. Determine work assignments and procedures. Clean and sweep work areas. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts. Assist in the production of wiring assemblies. Essential Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively as a team player and attention to detail. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs. Familiarity with equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for security operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field. Why Work Here? You will operate heavy machinery and be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
