Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a
3rd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator in Whitewater, WI to join
their dedicated team. As a 3rd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator,
you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department
supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, problem-solving skills,
and a strong desire to succeed, which will align successfully
within the organization. Job Title: 3rd Shift Entry Level Machine
Operator Whitewater, WI Location: Whitewater, WI Pay Range: $18
Shift: 3rd Shift What's the Job? Load, inspect, and process parts
following hands-on work instructions, visual aids, and quality
alerts on modern machining centers Ensure design features and
tolerances conform to manufacturing requirements through frequent
inspections Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air
probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment Make small offsets
and tool changes to maintain process stability and quality
standards Perform basic material preparation and handling,
including forklift operation What's Needed? Self-motivated with a
strong desire to succeed in a manufacturing environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make basic decisions to
uphold quality standards Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and
efficiently Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting
decimals Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
