Job Description Job Description Salary: $25 CWWC is seeking a
skilled Custom Cabinet Maker with a strong background in carpentry
and woodworking to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride
in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and has
experience building high-quality, custom cabinetry and wood
products from start to finish. This role involves interpreting
designs, selecting materials, fabricating components, and
assembling custom cabinets and related woodwork to exact
specifications. Pay is determined based on experience and skill

with your qualifications. Responsibilities: Promote and adhere to
all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report
all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson. Build
custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork from drawings, plans, or
verbal specifications Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and
wood-related materials Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
safely and accurately Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints,
and cut lists Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and
specialty fittings Sand, prep, and assist with finishing as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate
with designers, project managers, and other craftsmen Ensure all
work meets quality standards and project deadlines Qualifications:
Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or other
millwork Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and
joinery Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
Proficiency with table saws, jointers, planers, routers, and other
shop equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to
high-quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part
of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional Working
Conditions/Schedule: Monday Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
