Job Title: Through Hole Machine Operator Type of Role: Temp to Hire Shift / Hours: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm Overtime if Needed: Tuesday–Friday: 5:00am–3:30pm Saturday: 5:00am–11:00am ( No overtime during your first week ) Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Hourly Range: $18.00/hr About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented Through Hole Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of automated or semi-automated through-hole machinery used in the production of high-quality electronic products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict safety, quality, and operational standards. Role and Responsibilities: Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic through-hole machines used in production. Work from process sheets or written instructions provided by the supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances. Follow all Safety, ESD, and Quality requirements. Properly handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous waste, in compliance with applicable SOPs. Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Stand 8-10 hrs. Computer knowledge.
