Skilled Production Associate - Intermediate Our client in DePere WI is looking for a skilled production associate to join their team on 1st shift! 1st Shift Hours: 6am - 4pm Pay Rate: $20.00 per hou r Weekly Pay Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a commitment to safety and quality. This role involves operating machinery, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment . Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently . Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage sorted raw materials using a forklift, or other power industrial equipment as necessary. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete production assignments. Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of manufacturing production experience. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Successful completion of a pre-placement background check. Physical capability for continuous standing and manual tasks.
