Job Description:

Quad is seeking a Summer Seasonal -employee in the -Facilities -Department -at our -Sussex, Wisconsin -plant. -As part of the -Grounds Crew, -you will maintain the lawns, gardens, plantings and grounds to keep the outdoor areas clean, well-groomed and attractive for our employees, clients and visitors.
This seasonal position has diverse responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Lawns: mow, trim, edge
  
• Put down mulch.
  
• Prepare, plant and maintain flowerbeds.
  
• Install and maintain trees and shrubs.
  
• Pick up litter and empty waste receptacle.
  
  Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 8-hour days. Weekends if needed. -
  Typical length of season is May-August, however there is opportunity to start earlier and end later. -
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  • 
    
  • This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and/or transport up to 15 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation. -
    
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
    
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    
  • Valid driver license.
    
  • 18 years of age or older
