Meat Slicing Room Team Leader

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Schedule: 1st Shift, Friday-Tuesday, 5:00 AM Start (8-10 hour shifts)

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to guide day-to-day operations in our Meat Slicing Room. This role plays a key part in ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality. If you're an organized, detail-oriented leader with a background in food production or manufacturing, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:

• Oversee the slicing team and daily schedule-no overproduction, just precision.
• Ensure meats are sliced to the correct weight and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace.
• Track and report waste by protein type.
• Stage and deliver meat and cheese to production lines accurately.
• Communicate protein needs or shortages to the Production Supervisor.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and logs.
• Enforce and uphold food safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Set the tone by leading through example and teamwork.What You Bring:
  • Ability to read and follow daily production schedules.
  • Comfortable using tablets or basic digital tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Experience in food production or meat slicing is preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus.Physical Requirements:
    • Able to stand for the entire shift (6-9 hours).
    • Lift/move up to 40 lbs regularly.
    • Frequent bending, reaching, and manual work required.
    • Work performed in a refrigerated/cold environment with machinery noise.Why Join Us?
