Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Junior Project Manager will support client accounts by managing service requests, coordinating vendors, and overseeing project execution through online platforms such as ServiceChannel and other web-based customer portals. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with vendors and clients daily. Key Responsibilities - Manage work orders and service requests through ServiceChannel and similar platforms - Coordinate vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion - Communicate with clients regarding project status and updates - Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines - Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer requirements - Assist Senior Project Managers with larger multi-site initiatives - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within online systems Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field) - 1–3 years of project coordination, facilities management, or related experience - Experience using ServiceChannel or similar online service platforms is strongly preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Company Description Why Join PMI?
