The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction and project management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction projects from start to finish.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring they are following all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the project is progressing as planned and to identify any potential issues or risks.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction and project management.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate construction crews and subcontractors.
    • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems quickly and effectively.
