Description:Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Industrial
Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have extensive experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and
repairing production machinery, including auxiliary equipment,
hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatics. The candidate will
also be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and
ensuring the efficient operation of our facility to minimize
production downtime.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production
machinery, including auxiliary equipment, hydraulics, electrical
systems, and pneumatics. Perform preventive maintenance inspections
and complete necessary repairs identified during the inspections.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) as established by the company. Efficiently repair
machines to minimize production downtime. Conduct miscellaneous
repairs to the facility as needed. Oversee and coordinate with
outside contractors for various maintenance tasks. Interpret and
work from prints, plans, sketches, and layouts. Utilize precision
measuring equipment for accurate repairs and adjustments. Operate
electric and hand-operated tools, including drills, grinders, and
presses. Maintain close attention to detail to ensure high-quality
work. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,
including repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and equipment
performance data. Identify opportunities for process improvements
and recommend changes to enhance equipment reliability and
efficiency. Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance
technicians and other team members as needed. Be available for
on-call duty to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside
of regular working hours.Education and Experience High school
diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred. 7-10
years of industrial maintenance experience required. Proficiency in
reading and understanding schematics and drawings. Basic computer
skills are essential. Electrical knowledge is preferred. Relevant
certifications, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability
Technician (CMRT) or OSHA safety certifications, are a plus. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a team
environment and collaborating with other departments.Physical
Demands Ability to move or transfer products using an overhead
crane and forklift. Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach
with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and
the ability to adjust focus. Physical stamina and the ability to
perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods. Exposure
to loud noises, temperature variations, and potentially hazardous
materials. Capability to work at heights when required.Benefits and
