Production Supervisor - Day & Night Shift

? Starting Salary: $68,000 - $75,000/year (DOE) + full benefits
? Shifts Available: Day (5am-5pm) or Night (5pm-5am)
? Rotating Schedule: 5 on/5 off, 2 on/2 off
ABR is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Central Wisconsin to recruit Production Supervisors for both day and night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a high-volume production environment.? Position Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring product quality, team performance, and operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in coaching employees, maintaining safety standards, and keeping downtime to a minimum.? Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production to ensure adherence to product specifications
• Monitor quality control documentation and ensure proper completion
• Manage employee break schedules and production staffing
• Complete daily production and quality assurance paperwork
• Collaborate with maintenance to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Oversee cleaning (CIP) and sanitation procedures for maximum safety and efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop production staff
• Communicate operational updates and challenges to upper management and QA
• Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned? Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within dairy or food manufacturing
  • Familiar with USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance standards?? Skills & Competencies
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
