for a Sales Assassin. POSITION OVERVIEW In every conversation lies

impact on someones life. As an Inside Sales Associate, your mission
is to identify opportunities for our Acquisitions Closers Team to
meet with motivated homeowners who have reached out to us for help.
You will be the first voice and first impression for many of our
sellers. This role is fast-moving, people-focused, and ideal for
someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, stays organized under
pressure, and is energized by performance and progress. CORE AREAS
OF RESPONSIBILITY Lead Identification and Qualification Conduct
outbound phone calls to connect with and qualify potential sellers,
asking thoughtful questions to understand motivation, timing, and
fit. Rapid Response Respond quickly to incoming calls, texts, and
leads generated through our marketing channels. Speed to lead
matters connecting quickly creates better outcomes for everyone
involved. Appointment Scheduling Schedule high-quality appointments
for the Acquisitions Closers Team, ensuring their time is used
efficiently and effectively. Lead Nurturing Build relationships
with qualified leads through consistent follow-up until they are
ready for an appointment or contract. Attention to detail,
professionalism, and follow-through are key. Collaboration Work
closely with the Acquisitions Closers Team to ensure a smooth
handoff and a positive experience for every seller. Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all conversations and
activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Performance Metrics Work toward clear Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) that align with your personal income goals and growth within
the company. On-Call Coverage Share rotational after-hours and
weekend on-call coverage to ensure timely responses for potential
sellers. NON-NEGOTIABLES You have a strong sense of urgency. Speed
to lead is foundational to success in this role. Responding quickly
and staying engaged with new opportunities makes a meaningful
difference in conversion and outcomes. You have excellent attention

communication skills - You are clear, confident, and professional

comfortable using computers, navigating multiple systems, and
learning new software. Experience with CRMs, phone systems, or
basic data entry is helpful, but not required. Coachability and

get to make. COMPENSATION Inside Sales Associates who meet or
exceed their KPIs earn total compensation well into six figures.
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission based
