Entry-Level Sales Representative at Tranquility Financial, you'll
be entrusted with an outside sales position in your designated
territory. We'll equip you with the necessary skills to engage with
small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Your
responsibilities will include: Responding to client emails and
phone inquiries promptlyScheduling follow-up appointments with
prospective and existing clients to assess their needsParticipating
in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or
managerProspecting new businesses, referrals, and existing clients
requiring serviceCultivating and managing your own book of
businessCollaborating with your sales team manager to set and
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsEstablishing and
nurturing relationships with local business owners in your
territorySetting your own working hours and submitting them to your
sales manager weeklyBalancing cold lead generation and warm lead
follow-ups effectivelyProviding daily updates on sales metrics and

Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and
able to obtain Health & Life producer)Bachelor’s degree or a
minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work
experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion
will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of
professional work experience who have relevant or specialized
outside sales experience.
