Generator Job Description The HVAC Sales Lead Generator is
responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and
maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales
targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a
strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales
environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and
passionate about providing outstanding service to clients.
Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities by identifying
and contacting potential clients. Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers to ensure continued business growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Provide exceptional service to clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales
strategies. Use CRM software to manage client data and sales
activities. Essential Skills Proven experience as a sales
representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong
presentation and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft
Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to
travel as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in
the HVAC industry or related field is a plus. Strong analytical
skills to assess client needs and develop solutions. Ability to

necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
