Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time
Occupational Therapist position involves working with an early
childhood caseload within a school setting, Monday through Friday.
The role requires on-site presence in Cicero, IL, with a commitment
of 32.5 hours per week during the 2025/2026 school year. Candidates
must hold an OT license and be able to work independently, as COTA
candidates will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide
occupational therapy services to early childhood students,
addressing developmental and functional needs Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational
staff and families Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine
student needs and progress Maintain accurate documentation and
comply with billing requirements Participate in team meetings and
contribute to a supportive learning environment Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license required Experience working in
school-based settings, particularly with early childhood
populations Strong understanding of pediatric developmental
milestones and therapeutic interventions Ability to work
efficiently during scheduled hours on-site, Monday through Friday
Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: Cicero,
Illinois onsite requirements must be met for this position
