Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse for our 7W ward, specializing in providing acute care within
a dynamic and supportive environment. As part of a faith-based

closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to support
patient care and contribute to health improvements in our
community. This position offers the unique opportunity to enhance
your professional skills while making a difference in the lives of
our patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
for patients in the 7W ward. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
health care teams to provide optimal care. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and families on illness, wellness, and preventative health
care. Supervise assigned nursing staff and support professional
development. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related
results as needed. Ensure the use of technology and healthcare
resources efficiently and responsibly. Strong clinical skills with
a focus on acute patient care Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Proficient in using medical software and patient care
management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
